"Each person needs a safe environment in which to live; refugees aspire to this, but in various nations of the world, millions unfortunately remain in the camps, or however with limited rights. Let us not forget our refugee brothers and sisters. I express appreciation and encouragement to all members of the Church working in their favor. I also auspice a renewed effort of the international community to remove the causes of this painful phenomenon."
